DSL / Frame Relay Failover

One of the remote offices on our WAN is connected to the WAN with a 128K Frame-Relay loop using a Cisco 3810 router. We have recently installed a DSL for internet connection to relieve the load on the Frame. The DSL has a Netopia Cayman 3546 modem/router. We currently have the network routing done by the Cisco using a default route for internet to the Cayman. The remainder of the routes are static pointing back to the WAN. We would like to have a failover back to the Frame for Internet if the DSL goes down. I have tried to using 2 default routes controlled by metrics, but that doesn’t work: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.67.200 to the Netopia, 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.67.254 100 to the Cisco. If the DSL is disconnected it should failover to the Cisco, NOT!
Anyone got an Idea?
