DSL or a T1 Line

A client of mine asked me: Currently, the guy has low cost DSL and it does wonders for him. He’s moving to a location with no viable?DSL or lower end products. The jump in price is hard for a t1 line. I have heard of wireless 3g cellular internet. Does anyone know anything about it?
