DSL,Ruuting and a PDC…Yippee

Ok here is my quandry of the day. I have been asked to find out how to share a single DSL connection to the rest of a small network. There are 9 workstations and a WinNT 4.0 PDC. The PDC is running DHCP and TCP/IP Printer services for the clients. The ISP is also suppling DHCP through the DSL modem. So long as the PDC is offline all the client workstations can web browse and such using the IP addresses supplied by the ISP. I am under the impression that I should be able to set up the server to continue to supply addresses to the local network while also allowing internet traffic to flow out to the web. All the clients are Win95 or 98 and one Macintosh. Question is how do I do this deed?
The ISP has no problem with having a application server so long as it does not do web sight hosting, and it does not.
