dsquery Help

I need an understanding of ds utility. My current task at hand is to provide a list of inactive accounts with a time of 90 days plus the last date they were signed into the network. Also if its possible to get the object creation date.I have been searching the web but my phrases keep pulling up the same results. Any help would be great . I have tried a few bat files containing attr or filter and these come back as errors.
