dual boot XP

My OS is XP home. It became very unstable useing the internet. I could not fix it. I installed a copy of XP Pro from CD. Well not being a “geek” I let it go where it wanted. It is residing in “D” and XP Home is in “C”. I now have a Dual Boot. As XP pro works great I would like to remove “Home” and send Pro to “C”. Can I and How?
