dual login to nds and bindery

I created a user’s account on both servers 3.12,5.0, same user name and password, they authenticate to nds first, I need to login and run script to map drives for the 3.12, to have the shortcuts to programs in 3.12 , what do I need to do to be able to have the work station use resources on both servers?
