Dual Mice

Here is an off the wall question. I do alot of graphic and audio/video editing and a feature of dual mice, dual independent cursors on my screen would enable me to do alot more and accurate work. i know you can get two mice controlling the same cursor but there has to be a way or a programming tweak to split it into two. does anyone know of anyway i can do this? i’ll give you all 500 of my points if you can help me figure this out.
