dual processor whit windows 2000

i have a board abit whit one cpu and windows 2000 pro installed whit my application.my board is dual cpu.i whant put one more exact same size.My question is
what i have to do for windows 2000 if put second cpu to reconnise 2 cpu.
i need to reinstall all application yes or no
and windows reboot yes or no
