dumping physical memory

sir;
i have a two windows 2000 server one is parent
and other its chield,my parent server demaged. when i installed new installations of windows 2000 server and when i connect to LAN the message occured “Address F5B49B7E base at FB1C000 Data Stamp 3ea39ad1 tcpip.sys
beginning dump of physical memory
dumping physical memory to disk”
and my system restart with counting 100 number
sir please solve this problem how can i stand my new domain server
