Duplicate Emails on Motorola @

I have an employee receiving duplicate emails to their Verizon Motorola Q. I ran factory restore on their phone to erase all email settings. After the restore was complete I setup ActiveSync with our exchange server. It connects fine but she is still receiving duplicate emails. I checked in AD and there isn’t any rules or settings regarding messages being sent to her phone. Does anyone know where else I can check?
