DVD Drive

When I insert a CD into the DVD drive,the computer issues the following message:
OE has entered in 0028:C182FIE3 in Vxd scsi1hlp(03)+00000583.This has been extracted from 0028:C182FI68 in Vxd scsi1hlp (03)+00000508. The computer has to be restartedfor normal use. Your advise will be appreciated.
