DVD driver cant be installed

I am trying to move an old DVD from my old PC to my new and even though i have the windvd on CD ,it asks for PCchips something,i supposse a piece of hardwarer that existed in my old PC.
Any ideas how and if i can make this DVD usable in my new PC??
