Hi
I am using dell precision 320 workstation,the os is win2k pro,in this virtual memory has referred to e drive,(384-768), becos of this space of the e drive is keep on fluctuating. and i am getting a series of errors, to avoid this i have reinstalled win2k pro in the same path, after the installation i got core dump, and got the following message – “windows 2000 could not start becos the following file is missing or corrupt ”
\winnt\system32\config\system.sav.
to overcome this i have copied system file from
\winnt\repair and replaced the above path.
after that i didnt get any errors, but initially
eicon dive lan modem is not working, immediately
i have uninstalled and reinstalled, working fine
after that. but hitachi dvd rom and sony
cdrw are not visible inside the mycomputer, when i see the properties both the drives got yellow
bang ( yellow circle with excalamatory mark ), i have disconnected 2 drives and connected 1 by 1 and uninstalled and reinstalled,but no result.
requesting your help to solve this issue.and
in both the drives i am getting the following
error message. ” your registry might be corrupted. (code19). pls help me solve this
