Dvd rom won’t read certain Dvd movies

Hi,

I have a Plextor 712a dvd rom and it won’t read certain dvd movies. I just updated the firmware to the latest version but no luck. I have Anydvd 6.3.0.3 installed and clonedvd 2.9.0.9
Any suggestion would be appreciated. THanks.
