dynamcis and emailing using terminal Server

My company uses terminal servers for staff to login to dynamics, problem is that when the user wants to print to screen a PDF then use the send to option and send via email, it does not work

Everytime soneone logs into the terminal server it creates a session printer for Adobe PDF. this seems to be stopping the email functionality as I can manually go in and delete the session printer and it usually fixes the problem.

I am after a more permanant fix so I dont have uses continually ring me up
