Dynamic Access to DB2/390

We use REXX on OS/2 to access to the mainframe database. Now we are changing the operatingsystem to Win NT and have to rewrite the Queries.
Which should be the preferred language.
Our webserver is IIS on Win NT or Netscape IPlanet on Sun Solaris or Domino Go on OS/390.
