dynamic assignment of proxy IP

how do i assign proxy server in IE properties dynamically like we do in DHCP.

i have around 90 system for which i have to enter proxy server’s ip address & port number in Internet explorer properties. going to each system to enter these parameters is tedious. is there a way where i can assign proxy address to all the machines without going to its location.
