e-commerce or networking

hi! i would like to know if e-commerce or networking or information systems is good as career for an international student to get a hb1 visa in u.s.a. which one of the above will be your suggestion if the person is weak in math and doesnt mind working with wires and comfortable in html and web designing and not good in programming. i need ur valuable suggestions. thankyou
