e-mail with Outlook 2003 & Exchange Server 2003

Received e-mail in Outlook using my Exchange Service e-mail address (123@mycompany.com) shows an attachment icon (paperclip), but attachments are not viewable.

On the same computer, received e-mail in Outlook using one of my pop3 (123@broadband.net) accounts has the attachments, and are viewable.

This would lead me to think that Exchange Server on the server computer is causing the blocking of the e-mail attachments with the 123@mycompany.com e-mail address.

How do I change this? Does the change need to be made on the server computer were Exchange is ruuning?
