Easy Internet Keyboard

I have a machine that won’t let me remove the “easy internet keyboard”. The problem with this is that once the system boots, no other keyboard will work. I have tried removing the easy internet keyboard, (even in safe mode), but every time I reboot, the machine installs it again. I have tried different keyboards, including USB, but once the machine boots, I have no working keyboard. Anyone know anything else I can try?
