Easy was of converting 95 to NT in bulk

I am currently running 95, and am switching to windows NT 4.0 WKSTN. what would be the fastest way to do this, if i have 20 or so computers? i don’t want to go to each machine with the CD, how do i run a network install if the machines are FDISKed?
