easy2sync configuration issues

Server 2008, exchange 2010
Trying to sync two OWA profiles using easy2sync. Unable to actually get the contacts and calendars to sync. Program tells me the sync is finished with 0 files.
Program is sparse on documentation. owner replies with terse answers.
Any help would be appreciated.
Goal is to sync with multiple Blackberry smartphones. No pst or ost files. All is stored on the exchange server.
