Eavesdropping on Win2k machines

I have a friend who works at SBC communications. Apparently, they have the ability internally to eavesdrop on her machine. “They” can tell her exactly what’s going on on her screen. There doesn’t appear to be a NetMeeting Remote Desktop sharing icon running. What other mechanism is there for this privacy invasion?
