ebaumsworld

I visited the site “ebaumsworld” and unwittingly got a little animal on the screen that shows up as I boot or shut down. It also shows if I do “contrl-alt-del”. It does not appear to do any harm but it is annoying. I have tried many times to get information from the site but never have gotten even a response.
I have no idea as to what I did to contract this annoying picture. How can I get rid of the pest? Stupidity got it there but can’t remove it!!
