EBR-2310 router set up

I have 2 PCs with rogers internet, and i bought a router a while ago, but didnt bother looking how to set it up, because my parents friend did it for me. Now this friend lives too far away, and i changed my internet and need help seting up the router. All i know how to do it is go online and connect to 192.168.0.1 and somehow put in DHCP server or something like that. IF anyone can help out, please do
