Edgeline printers

Looking for answer I have a customer who has cm 8050 and 8060 both running same print job.
output is only about 25-30 ppm HP 9050 doing same print job is 50 ppm out. print job is simple text 40 character wide 36 lines, 8×14 legal paper.
any ideas ???
