eDir Installation

Not sure which topic to put this under but…I am trying to install eDir 8.7 onto a Solaris 8 machine. I know NOTHING about Solaris so I desparately need help! I have figured out how to get to the CD-Rom drive through the Command prompt. I go to the setup directory of my CD and type nds-install which is what I have been told is the way to do it. Says file not found. Then I do an “ls” and I see that the file is listed as nds-in~1 so I try to execute the setup by typing that. Same error – File not found. Ugh…please help.
