Editing taskbar in another user’s profile.

Hello guys,

Here at my job we use an image to deploy to agents computers and some of them would like to get rid of toolbars in the taskbar.

Problem is, they cannot access taskbar properties -right-click disabled by GP and removed from Control Panel-

So my question is:

Is it possible to login with an Admin account and change taskbar settings in another user’s profile?
