EFS

I am trying to share efs encrypted files. I’ve gone thru the standard right click properties, advanced, encrypt. Then save and share. I add my users within the encryption. Then find only the person encrypting can access the file. I have used the efsinfo to to check for the correct certificates. I try to open the files from a station with a verified certificate and correct security only tho get a cannot access read only file. Am I missing something this is all on a 2003 server and a shared directory.

Anyone have any tips for me?
