egg timer part II

Following on from the last question and subsequent answeres I now have a clearer picture as to when the fault occurs.

It’s when the person goes to print that the egg timer stays on the screen and the system has to be re-started, The printer is a Brother 1070. in the bios it is set to epp 1.7.
