EISA ECU settings

I have an old server supplied by Zenith.
Model M5447/33e B403E motherboard. Bios 1.10.34 K1.
The FD failed and after replacement I am having trouble changing the Cmos settings.
They will not save or change from original settings. I need a manual if possible. No luck with Intel or Zenith web sites.
