Emachines Help

I bought an Emachines tower last year at Wal-Mart.. In early august or
so I got a couple of viruses. On August 25th, I went to restart the
computer, and it said “welcome to emachines, please wait…..” still says
that. I cant seem to find my recovery disk. Is my computer toasted?
