A client using outlook 2000, can send and receive internal email but can not receive external email. Her external email is being deliverd to another person box. She also can not send exxternal email. HOW DO I FIX IT SO SHE CAN RECEIVE AND SEND EXTERNAL EMAIL.

Note that outlook 2000 is on an exchange server on a Wide Area Network.
