The problem we are having is out of 90+ users few of them are having problems printing e-mails (Outlook 2K3) and IE pages from IE7. This issue is intermittently.
Most of the time they print fine, but sometimes the print jobs just print the header of the message without the body of the e-mail.
In IE7 a blank page prints with just the http:// address of the page on the bottom of the page.
Print jobs are sent to both a local USB printer as well as a network printer, and both printers have the same outcome.
Rebooting the machine will resolve this issue for the day, but it will reoccur again eventually and\or sometimes few days later.
The OS (Win-xp SP3) is fully up to date with MS patches, I have reinstalled the HP printer drivers, deleted profile from the pc and repopulated it, uninstalled Outlook 2K3 and reinstalled it, fiddled with the mail format settings etc etc. nothing seems to have worked.
If anyone knows of a solution, this would be much appreciated.
