Email folder with a difference

Hi is it possible to sent up an email folder which would receive all emails sent to say admin@someone.co.uk all users would need to be able to view the emails and when one user opens an email then it would show as read to all other users?

We are currently using Windows 2003 server std edition and all the PC are on win xp pro we all use Outlook and our email account is a pop3 account.
