email forward

is there a way i can setup users in our exchange (we have windows 2000 server and exchange) and tell it to forward email to another email address without having a pc setup for them here at location? i have salesmen that i want to setup an email account here but have it forwarded to there personel email addresses…how can i go about doing that?
