Email forwarding in exchage 2003

I want to set a forwarder to a user in exchange so that all his emails are forwarded (cc) to a mailbox on another mail server (which is not exchange).
However, in both the scenarios, mail domains are same. e.g: user name on exchange is abc@mike.com and that on non exchange server is also abc@mike.com
