Email missing on Black Berry Device

We have facing some times emails missing problem on Blackberry device but same email received in Ms-outlook application. We had enabled Leave a Copy of Messages on the server setting for 7days in Ms outlook. We have using SmarterMail Professional Edition Version 4.3.2903 for email communication and Vodafone service using for Blackberry. Lots of time we had coordinated with Vodafone service but not getting any feedback answer from them. Any idea what setting we need to do on Smarter mail server or Blackberry device?
