I have created online portal to get user input and store in MYSQL database.
Once Entry is stored in MYSQL database, email notification is sent to my own email address.
URL for user input is as:-

Entry would be saved into MYSQL database at godaddy.com hosting /DB server.
All entries are always stored into DB properly.
2). system Should generate immediate e-mail to estimate@taxiandlimo.net
It relays e-mail 8-9 HOURS late.
System Relays email instantly if and only if I am logged into

If I am not logged in, Server delays it for 8-9 Hours.
Any Clue? how to resolve this problem.
GODADDY Technical Team is unable to fix my Problem.
I hosted the Same Code / MYSQL database to another hosting provider.
It works with other hosting great. No Delay at all, immediate Relay in all cases.
