Email shared server

Hi- My company is sharing the email server with one of it’s grouop company.MS Exchange is being used.
I want to discuss the risk invoived in this, as the server administration is with the other company.
What may be potential threats to the security of my company’s emails in respect of Confidentiality – Integrity and availability.
