Emergancy Please help me??

When I boot my router it comes on
rommon 1>
mode again and again automatically.I do whole procedure which Cisco describe in his ICND book but router is still booted and comes on rommon 1> prompt.Here is another thing I think which should be helpfull to discover the problem when I reset it and and boot it showed the message “loadprog: bad file magic number: 0x0
boot:cannot load “flash:”.
So please help me what can I do to recover my router to boot again from nvram and work properly.
