Emergancy please help me

I had a computer(PII,128MB RAM,Lan CARD, etc)
But when I want to install win2000(either professional or server)it is hang at checking your hardware in other word when ntdetect.com loading it is hanged for a long time approximetaly after 45 minutes it goes to GUI mode.If there is any hardware confliction in my system the how can I check that specific Hardware causing the problem please help me.
