Emoticons & Smilies…

I think we all know a friend who uses these. I have a friend who is a quadraplegic and he loves to use them in his emails and it’s a way for him to express some emotions, etc.

The problem may be me but I simply don’t trust all these sites that offer them for free but you have to “sign up”, so I keep telling him to avoid them.

Here’s my question: Do any of you know of some safe sites that offer emoticons/smilies that ARE SAFE and you don’t have to give up your email address etc. to get the free emoticons.
