empty color ink

im out of color ink and the blank ink is still full, i got a canon ip1200, need to finish my report for work tonight,to submit in monday morning. is there anyway i can print with the black ink only? i got told that there is something to do with the power button operation. please need your help, got no time to buy ink ,i appreciate any help ,thanks,…
