Enquiry about Wsus 2.0 License

Hi All,

My company wanted to install WSUS 2.0 in Window server 2000, and i am stuck in the Licenses part.

I an currently using a free version of MSDE2000 Release A, downloaded from Microsoft.

My Question,

Q1 What are the required licenses?

Q2 Do i need MSDE2000 Release A licenses?

Q3 My company had Client Access License to communicate with the server, but my concern is do we need SQL Client Access License as we are using MSDE2000 Release A.

Please advice me.
