Enterprise Printer Solution

We are using MS Windows 2000 server as a print server. We have 3 of these with about 330 to 370 per printer server.

Need to look at better ways of managing and supporting printing. Recommendation has been put through for Windows Clustering for Print Servers, meaning an upgrade of OS to W2K3.

Has anyone had any issues with this solution or are there any alternatives?
