envelope printng on WORD

For years nevelopes- all sizes – printed correctly: return addr. top left corner, address on right lower.
Lately the retunr address shifted almost to the middle and ther address way out right, sometimes off
the envelope. How can one restore normalcy again? Thanks R.P.HELD
