Epox Motherboard boot problems

I have an Epox ep-mvp3c2 motherboard, and it will intermittently fail to post and just sit and beep at me. I have to power off and on about 4 or 5 times to get it to post. I tried flashing with the latest bios but have had no luck. Any ideas?
