Epson LX300+ Printer

I am working on Internet Based programme, I need to take prints regulalry, print size is of minimum 4 lines and maximum 30 lines, when I give print command printer prints the matter from the internet based programme, my problem is that after the printing is complete full paper i.e 12 inch paper comes out at tear off position even if the printer has printed only 4 lines on the page, is there any solution to stop the printer at the end of the print and tear off the page at that position, please help me.
