erase talk time on a nokia 1006

Please help: I want to return a phone to the most horrible service in the world: Metro PCS!!! I am over 1minute and 42 sec. of talk time in which they are counting 3 mins of wrong numbers. Also There are absoluty no definitions of talk time on the contract. The Metro PCS call center informed me they do not have anything to do with the equipment. All I want is to return the phone and get my money back. The service is so bad only 2 calls of 14 were not dropped.
